Tero (www.tero.gr) is a research and development consultancy offering a combination of experience in technology and business issues. Our services span the full life cycle of a project, from conceptualisation and consortium building to project implementation and management.

Our projects include:
- LLM: Long Lasting Memories (http://longlastingmemories.eu). LLM is trialling an integrated ICT platform which combines state-of-the-art cognitive exercises against cognitive decline with physical activity in the framework of an advanced ambient assisted living environment (CIP – ICT PSP).
- TESS: Transactional Environmental Support System (http://tess-project.eu). TESS assists the integration of biodiversity information from the local level into planning and land-use decisions, while at the same time encouraging local people to collect such information in order to maintain and restore biodiversity and ecosystem services (FP7 – Environment).
- OSEPA: Open Source software by European Public Administrations (http://www.osepa.eu). OSEPA aims at assessing the conditions and facilitating the use of Open Source software by European Public Administrations (Interreg IVC).
People:
Stratos Arampatzis is a project management consultant with over 15 years experience in FP7, FP6, FP5, CIP, eContent, eTEN and eco-innovation projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Policy from Duke University, USA, and a B.Sc. in Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. In the past he also worked as a research associate in the University of Bonn, Germany and in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Stratos has also hands-on business experience; he founded and managed three internet-focused companies since 1996.
Ilias Trochidis holds a BSc degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia, Greece and a Master‟s Degree (MSc) in Software Engineering from the University of Sunderland, UK. His main research interests regard internet systems engineering in relation to business. For three years he was the technical coordinator of the ICT FP6 OneStopGov project. For four years he was the technical manager in the information systems laboratory of the University of Macedonia in Greece where he developed and maintained various eGovernment and other business related applications. Since 2009, Ilias has been working as an IT Researcher / Project Manager at Tero.
Olympia Papadopoulou holds a BSc degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Brighton, UK. Since 2005, Olympia has worked with Tero on the financial and administrative management of various national and international research projects.
