BlogForever Consortium followed an analytical and detailed project management / co-ordination approach in order to ensure project’s success and on time implementation. Project management was built in such a way so as to (i) address effectively all major particularities – characteristics of the project and to (ii) optimize the utilisation of the project consortium resources and experience.
The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was the coordinator of BlogForever and the WP1 leader.
